The invention relates to a process for obtaining L-dihydroorotic acid by chromatography on an anionic exchange material in a base water mixture under a pressure from about 1.1 MPa to about 40 MPa. The process can be used to investigate the in vitro and in vivo activity of N-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-5- methylisoxazole-4-carboxamide, N-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2-cyano-3- hydroxycrontonamide and similar compounds.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un acide L-dihydro-orotique par chromatographie sur un matériau échangeur d'anions, dans un mélange eau-base, à une pression comprise entre environ 1,1 MPa et environ 40 MPa. Ce procédé peut être utilisé pour étudier l'activité in vitro et in vivo de N-(4-trifluorométhylphényl)-5-méthylisoxazole-4-carboxamide, de N-(4-trifluorométhylphényl)-2-cyano-3-hydroxycrontonamide et de composés similaires.
