The invention relates to a method for online quality control during the machine production of different kinds of envelopes and mailing packs, according to which a reliable inspection for possible production faults is carried out at significant points during production. To this end, the paper blank and/or the printing of the paper and/or the application of the adhesive and/or the folding and/or the cutting of the window and/or the window film and/or the packaging are each monitored by a camera system and the images of each camera system are compared electronically with stored target values that correspond to various finished envelopes and mailing packs.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour contrôler en ligne la qualité de la fabrication mécanisée d'enveloppes et de pochettes postales, selon lequel un contrôle fiable concernant d'éventuels défauts de production doit être effectué de façon simple en des points significatifs de la production. A cet effet, la découpe du papier et/ou l'impression du papier et/ou l'encollage et/ou le pliage et/ou la découpe de la fenêtre et/ou la pose du film transparent de la fenêtre et/ou le conditionnement sont surveillés par un système de caméra respectif, et les images de chacun de ces systèmes de caméra sont électroniquement comparées à des valeurs de consigne mémorisées, correspondant aux différentes enveloppes et pochettes postales produites.
