The present invention pertains to a process for operating a cash register terminal and to a cash register terminal, especially for self-service in gaming casinos, with bill-accepting and coin- depositing as well as coin-dispensing means and with at least one coin box. To design the cash register terminal for high speed of operation and a large storage capacity for coins, the coins (17) are conveyed upward from the bottom from the coin box (2), of which there is at least one, and the coins (17) are dispensed above the coin box (2), of which there is at least one, at at least one outlet (19, 20, 21).
La présente invention a pour objet une méthode pour l'utilisation d'un terminal à tiroir-caisse ainsi qu'un terminal à tiroir-caisse, notamment dans une application de libre-service dans les casinos, où il est fait appel à des dispositifs acceptant les billets et les pièces de monnaie, tant aux fins de dépôt que de retrait, et en association avec au moins un coffret à monnaie. Dans un terminal à tiroir-caisse fonctionnant à haute vitesse et à grande capacité de stockage de pièces de monnaie, les pièces de monnaie (17) sont acheminées du bas vers le haut du coffret à monnaie (2), le terminal en comportant au moins un, et les pièces de monnaie (17) sont distribuées par le dessus du coffret à monnaie (2), qui comporte au moins un orifice de sortie (19, 20 et 21).
