A process is disclosed for packaging perishable goods. At least one open end of a tubular film (10) is gathered into a plait (12) after the tubular film is filled, and the plait is then closed with a clip (14), the packaged goods are sterilised together with the package and the plait end is sealed after the sterilisation process with a hot-melt sealing compound (16) at a temperature of at least 120°C.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé d'emballage de denrées périssables, selon lequel un film tubulaire (10) est serré, après remplissage, à au moins une extrémité ouverte, de manière à former un tortillon (12), après quoi le tortillon est fermé par un clip (14), le produit emballé est ensuite stérilisé avec son emballage, et l'extrémité tortillonnée est scellée par une matière de scellage thermofusible (16) à au moins 120 DEG C.
