Abstract of the Disclosure A polymer of 4,4'-thiobis(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol) is prepared by contacting 4,4'-thiobis(6-tert-butyl-m-cresol) with oxygen in the presence of a copper salt/amine complex catalyst. The polymer is useful as an antioxidant for polyolefins.
