The present invention concerns a process for preparation of activated protein C (APC) on the basis of a sample containing said activated protein C, characterised by the fact that the activated protein C is fixed to aprotinine which has been rendered insoluble, and that after washing of said complex activated protein C-aprotinine with a neutralised saline solution, said activated protein C is recovered by elution with an acid aqueous solution or a solution containing a chaotropic agent. Said invention also relates to the activated protein C obtained according to the process described above.

L'invention concerne également la protéine C activée ainsi obtenue selon le procédé décrit précédemment.
