A process is described for preparing a compound of formula (I), or a salt thereof; wherein X is a protecting group; and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen, C1-6alkyl or C1-6perfluoroalkyl; R5 is hydrogen or, when n is 1, R5 taken together with R3 comprises a double bond; m is 1, 2 or 3; n is 0 or 1; and p is 0, 1 or 2; by reacting a compound of formula (II) or a salt thereof; wherein R1 to R5, m, n and p are each as defined above and R6 is chloro, bromo, or iodo; with a compound of formula (III) or a salt thereof; wherein X is a protecting group and R7 is a zinc or tin moiety (such as ZnCl, ZnBr or Sn(C1-6alkyl)3); in the presence of a palladium or nickel catalyst.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un composé de la formule (I), où un sel de celui-ci, formule dans laquelle: X représente un groupe protecteur; R¿1?, R¿2?, R¿3? et R¿4? représentent indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle C¿1?-C¿6? ou perfluoroalkyle C¿1?-C¿6?; R¿5? représente hydrogène ou, lorsque n vaut 1, R¿5? comprend avec R¿3? une liaison double; m vaut 1, 2 ou 3; n vaut 0 ou 1; et p vaut 0, 1 ou 2. Ledit procédé consiste à faire réagir un composé de la formule (II), ou un sel de celui-ci, formule dans laquelle les groupes R¿1? à R¿5?, m, n et p correspondent à la définition donnée ci-dessus et R¿6? est un groupe chloro, bromo ou iodo, avec un composé de la formule (III), ou un sel de celui-ci, formule dans laquelle X représente un groupe protecteur et R¿7? représente une fraction zinc ou étain (telle que ZnCl, ZnBr ou Sn(alkyle C¿1?-C¿6?)¿3?), en présence d'un catalyseur au palladium ou au nickel.
