A process for the preparation of inclusion complexes of a drug (piroxicam or ibuprofen) and a cyclodextrin, characterised in that: a) the drug and cyclodextrin, in the form of finely divided powders, are mixed in the presence of aqueous or hydroalcoholic solutions, ammonia solutions or acid solutions; b) the resulting mixture is treated in a microwave oven; c) the resulting product is dried under vacuum at room temperature or with heating.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'élaboration de complexes d'insertion constitués d'un médicament (piroxicam ou ibuprofène) et de cyclodextrine, sachant que: a) le médicament et la cyclodextrine, sous forme de poudres en division fine, sont mélangés en présence de solutions aqueuses ou hydroalcooliques, de solutions d'ammoniac ou de solutions acides; b) le mélange résultant est traité dans un four à micro-ondes; c) le produit résultant est séché sous vide à température ambiante ou par exposition à une source chaleur.
