PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation de dérivés de l'acide 2-thiophène acétique de formule (I): Image (I) dans laquelle R = alkyle de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, R1, R2, R3 = H, alkyle de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou halogène, à partir de produits de formule (II): (II) Image dans laquelle alk2 = alkyle de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone. Ce procédé présente l'avantage de ne comporter que trois étapes réactionnelles pour la préparation de ces produits de formule I qui sont notamment utiles à titre d'intermédiaires pour la préparation de produits pharmaceutiques et en particulier de produits anti-inflammatoires.
