Disclosed is a method for producing 3,6-dichloropyridazine-1-oxide which is characterized by reacting 3,6-dichloropyridazine with an acid anhydride and a hydrogen peroxide having a concentration of not more than 60% or a urea hydrogen peroxide addition compound.
