The invention provides a process for preparing a 4-(secondary or tertiary)aminopyridine and a process for preparing a 4-substituted pyridine compound. The products produced by these processes are useful as catalysts in acylation reactions. The invention also provides pyridine betaine intermediates useful in these processes as well as more pyridine betaine intermediates.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d'une 4-(secondaire ou tertiare)aminopyridine et un procédé de préparation d'une pyridine substituée en position 4. Les produits obtenus au moyen de ces procédés sont utiles comme catalyseurs pour des réactions d'acylation. La présente invention a aussi pour objet des intermédiaires de bétaïne pyridinique utiles pour ces procédés ainsi que d'autres intermédiaires de bétaïne pyridinique.
