A process for preparing a compound of formula (1) in which P1 and P2 are protecting groups; comprising a) reaction of a compound of formula (5) wherein P1 is as defined for formula (1); with a Raney-nickel catalyst in a solvent under hydrogen to produce a compound of formula (6) wherein P1 is as defined for formula (1); b) protecting the amino group to produce a compound of formula (7) wherein P1 and P2 are as defined for formula (1); and c) selective reduction of the double bond to produce the compound of formula (1).

Procédé de préparation d'un composé de la formule (1) dans laquelle P<1> et P<2> sont des groupes protecteurs, consistant a) en la réaction d'un composé de la formule (5) dans laquelle P<1> a la même définition que pour la formule (1), avec un catalyseur nickel de Raney dans un solvant sous hydrogène pour produire un composé de la formule (6) dans laquelle P1 a la même définition que pour la formule (1); b) à protéger le groupe amino afin de produire un composé de la formule (7) dans laquelle P<1> et P<2> ont la même définition que pour la formule (1); et c) en la réduction sélective de la double liaison afin de produire le composé de la formule (1).
