ABSTRACT: A process for preparing a rubber-asphalt composition which comprises blending a particulate or powdery rubber composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a particulate or powdery rubber having a particle size of at most 2 mm and from 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of a particulate or powdery blowing agent having a particle size of at most 1 mm, with asphalt containing from 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of an organic base, based on 100 parts by weight of the asphalt.
