ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The new amino-alcohol derivatives according to the invention have the formula: Image (I) wherein: (a) R1 is hydrogen, an alkylthio C1-C5 radical, a cycloalkylthio C5-C6 radical, an alkoxy C1-C5 radical, a cycloalkyloxy C5-C6 radical, an alkyl C1-C5 radical, a cycloalkyl C5-C6 radical or a halogen atom; (b) R2 is a lower alkyl C1-C3 radical; (c) R3 is an alkyl C1-C18 radical, substituted or not, an alkenyl C6-C18 radical substituted or not, cycloalkyl C5-C9 radical; (d) R4 is an acyl group having the formula: Image in which R5 represents an alkyl C1-C10 substituted or not, an alkenyl C2-C4, a cycloalkyl C3-C8, a phenyl substituted or not or a cinnamyl radical, R4 being hydrogen if R1 is hydrogen, an alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy or cycloalkyl radical or a halogen atom. These new amino-alcohol derivatives have various pharmaceutical activities, mainly on the cardiovascular system.
