The invention relates to the food industry and can be used for producing alcoholic products. Said invention also relates to pharmacology and can be used for producing tinctures and extracts or preparations containing water- alcohol solutions as pharmaceutically acceptable mediums, and for cosmetology for producing cosmetic products containing said water-alcohol solutions as cosmetically acceptable mediums. The inventive method for producing a water- alcohol solution consists in separating injurious additives by pre-protonating water and alcohol until said water-alcohol solution is produced, whereby improving the physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics of a final product. Said method makes it possible to produce high quality water-alcohol products, reduce by two or more times the production cycle of several products, whereby reducing the production cost thereof.
L'invention se rapporte à l'industrie alimentaire et peut s'utiliser dans la production de produits alcoolisés, en pharmacologie, pour fabriquer des décoctions et des extraits ou des préparations contenant des solutions eau-alcool en tant que milieux pharmaceutiquement acceptables, de même qu'en industrie cosmétique pour fabriquer des produits cosmétiques contenant des solutions eau-alcool utilisées comme excipients cosmétiquement acceptables. Selon le procédé de l'invention, la séparation des additifs nocifs se fait grâce à un traitement préalable de l'eau et d'alcool avec des protons, qui mène à la formation d'une solution eau-alcool et permet d'améliorer les caractéristiques physico-chimiques et organoleptiques du produit final. L'invention permet non seulement de fabriquer des produits eau-alcool de qualité supérieure mais aussi de diviser, par deux et plus, la longueur du cycle de fabrication de certains d'entre eux et, partant, le coût de revient des produits.
