PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé continu pour la fa- brication de peracides carboxyliques. Le procédé consiste à faire réagir l'acide carboxylique correspondant avec le peroxyde d'hydrogène en présence d'un catalyseur et d'un liquide organique inerte, solvant du peracide et capable de former avec l'eau un azéotrope hétérogène, à éliminer de l'eau présente dans le mélange réactionnel par distillation de l'azéotrope eau-liquide organique, et à maintenir dans le mélange réactionnel suffisamment d'eau pour qi'il se forme une phase aqueuse distincte d'une phase organique contenant le liquide organique.
