Abstract In the process for preparing chlorotrifluoroethyl- ene telomers by reaction of chlorotrifluoroethylene CF3CF or Rx-CF2OF(wherein Rx may be also a perfluoroalkyl radical having 1 to 10 carbon atoms), the content of telo- mers with end groups -F is increased or mixtures of telomers containing species with end groups -Cl are obtained by add- ing F2, according to particular modalities, to the reaction medium.
