A B R E G E Procédé de préparation d'un conjugué de muramyl- peptide et d'un haptène, ce conjugué étant dépourvu de pyro- génicité et n'induisant pas in vivo d'anticorps actifs contre la partie muramyl-peptide du conjugué, caractérisé par une réaction de condensation entre les deux partenaires que constituent l'haptène et le muramyl-peptide, l'un de ces partenaires étant pourvu d'une fonction aminée et l'autre de ces partenaires étant pourvu d'une fonction complémentaire carboxyle, ester, alcool, sulfhydryle ou amine, la réaction étant conduite en présence d'un agent de condensation entre la fonction aminée du premier partenaire et la fonction car- boxyle, ester, alcool, sulfhydryle ou amine du second parte- naire, et en ce que l'haptène présente un poids moléculaire ne dépassant pas environ 5000.
