The invention concerns a process for preparing fine-particle mixtures comprising between 97 and 10 wt % of at least one amphiphilic polymer whose softening temperature is above 35 ~C, and between 3 and 90 wt % of at least one inorganic solid having a particle size of up to at most 500 µm. According to this process the two components are heated to a temperature which is above the softening temperature of the polymer. The two components are then mixed, broken down in the molten state and rapidly cooled, to a temperature at which practically no separation occurs. The particles are optionally broken down further at temperatures of less than 50 ~C such that the particle size is between 50 µm and 5 mm. The invention further concerns the use of these mixtures as detergent additives.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de mélanges à fines particules, comprenant entre 97 et 10 % en poids d'au moins un polymère amphiphile, dont la température d'amollissement est supérieure à 35~, et entre 3 et 90 % en poids d'au moins un solide inorganique dont la grosseur de la particule élémentaire atteint au plus 500 µm. Selon ce procédé, les deux constituants sont portés à une température supérieure à la température d'amollissement du polymère. Les deux constituants sont ensuite mélangés, fragmentés à l'état fondu et refroidis rapidement, à une température où il n'intervient pratiquement aucune dissociation. Les particules subissent éventuellement une autre fragmentation à des températures inférieures à 50 ~C, pour parvenir à une grosseur de la particule élémentaire comprise entre 50 µm et 5 mm. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de ces mélanges comme additifs pour des détergents.
