The invention pertains to a process for coating particles of active microorganisms with a dry matter content higher than about 30 %, advantageously higher than 50 %, and for drying said particles to eliminate the moisture content so as to obtain biocatalysts with a dry matter content higher than about 90 % and even higher than 96 %.
