The process comprises reducing the hydroxyester of formula (X) by making it react in DMF successively with an imine salt of formula (XIII) formed "in situ" with thionyl chloride and dimethylformamide, and subsequent reduction with an appropriate reducer in order to form the ester of formula (XII) which is then reacted with dimethylamine in a polyhydroxylated solvent medium in appropriate temperature conditions.

L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à réduire l'hydroxyester de formule (X) en le faisant réagir dans le DMF successivement avec un sel d'imine de formule (XIII) formée in situ avec du chlorure de thionyl et de DMF puis à réduire à l'aide d'un agent réducteur adéquat le produit réactionnel pour former l'ester de formule (XII) que l'on fait ensuite réagir avec une diméthylamine dans un milieu solvant polyhydroxylé et à une température adéquate.
