ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Polyamides pigmented with titanium dioxide and having at least ten aliphatically bound carbon atoms per carbonamide group useful for melt-film coating are prepared by precipitating from an ethanol solution in the presence of titanium dioxide pig- ment which has substantially no nucleating effects on the poly- amide crystallization.
