The invention relates to a process for recovering monoglycerides and optionally diglycerides and/or triglycerides as well as optionally glycerol from mixtures comprising glycerides and glycerol containing glycerides, respectively, by countercurrent extraction with a circulating extraction, said process being characterized in that there is used as an extractant forming a separate phase a hydrocarbon having a density of more than 180 kg/m3 and/or trifluoromethane having a density of more than 180 kg/m3.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la récupération de monoglycérides et, facultativement, de diglycérides et (ou) de triglycérides, ainsi que, facultativement, de glycérol issu de mélanges renfermant respectivement des glycérides et des glycérides avec du glycérol, par extraction à contre-courant avec circulation; ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'on utilise, comme extracteur formant une phase séparée, un hydrocarbure de masse spécifique supérieure à 180 kg/m3 et (ou) du trifluorométhane lui aussi de masse spécifique supérieure à 180 kg/m3.
