Abstract A process for preparing shaped bodies, optionally structural and/or thermoinsulating, having an ennobled outer surface, the process comprising the steps of: a) extruding a tube made of a thermoplastic polymer; b) positioning the extruded tube into a blow-molding mold composed of two half-molds; c) inserting an ennobling film consistent with the thermo- plastic polymer between the extruded tube and at least one of the two half-molds; and d) molding the tube.
