Described is a process for preparing concentrated solutions or suspensions of anionic organic compounds which comprises a) acidifying an aqueous solution or suspension of an anionic organic compound containing salts and/or impurities to a pH of 4.5 or less, if the pH is above this value, so that b) the anionic organic compound is water-insoluble and precipitates in the form of the free acid, c) bringing the suspension to a salt content below 2 % by weight, based on the total weight of the retentate, by means of ultrafiltration with a membrane having pore diameters of from 0.001 to 0.02 µm, and d) optionally washing out the salts with water having a pH below 4,5, e) optionally carrying out acid-free washing with water thereafter, and then f) concentrating, so that the amount of anionic organic compound is 5-50 % by weight, and g) if desired, bringing the anionic organic compound into solution by adding an appropriate base.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé servant à préparer des solutions ou des suspensions concentrées de composés organiques anioniques et consistant à cet effet: (a) à acidifier une solution ou une suspension aqueuse d'un composé organique anionique contenant des sels et/ou des impuretés jusqu'à ce qu'elles présentent un pH inférieur ou égal à 4,5, si le pH est supérieur à cette valeur pour que (b) le composé organique anionique soit insoluble dans l'eau et précipite sous la forme d'acide libre, (c) à amener la suspension à présenter une teneur en sel inférieure à 2 % en poids, calculée sur la base du poids total du rétentat, par ultrafiltration à l'aide d'une membrane ayant des diamètres de pores compris entre 0,001 et 0,01 µm, et (d) éventuellement à éliminer par lavage les sels avec de l'eau ayant un pH inférieur à 4,5 (e) éventuellement à effectuer un lavage sans acide avec de l'eau, et (f) à effectuer ensuite une concentration, pour que la quantité du composé organique anionique soit comprise entre 5 et 50 % en poids, et (g) si nécessaire, à transformer le composé organique anionique en solution, en y ajoutant une base appropriée.
