Abstract A process for preparing a two-ply foam molded article, characterized by heating a foamable polyolefin sheet which is in its state of being not foamed yet to form a foamed polyolefin layer, integrally laminating a fabric on one side of the resulting foamed polyolefin layer which is still in melted and softened state to form a laminate and simultaneously draw forming the resulting laminate to shape of the two-ply foam molded article.
