A process for preparing a water-soluble article comprising a water-soluble primary thermoformed component (2) and a water-soluble secondary component (3) arranged therein comprises: (a) forming the primary component (2) into a pocket, by thermoforming in the cavity of a thermoforming mould; (b) adding the secondary component (3) to the mould; (c) introducing the contents (4) of the primary component into the pocket; and (d) sealing the primary component (2), characterised in that the cavity of the thermoforming mould has a recess to receive the secondary component.

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à préparer un article soluble dans l'eau comprenant un composant thermoformé primaire soluble dans l'eau (2) et un composant secondaire soluble dans l'eau (3) arrangé de manière: (a) à former le composant primaire (2) dans une poche, par thermoformage dans la cavité d'un moule thermoformé; (b) à ajouter le composant secondaire (3) dans le moule; (c) à introduire les contenus (4) du composant primaire dans la poche; et (d) à sceller le composant primaire (2), caractérisé en ce que la cavité du moule de thermoformage présente un retrait permettant de recevoir un composé secondaire.
