A process for easily and efficiently producing a 2,6-dihalogenopurine from an inexpensive starting material. The process is characterized by causing a diazotizing agent and a halogen source to act on a 2-amino-6-halogenopurine having a protective group in the 7- or 9-position. Also provided is a process for producing a 9-acyl-2-amino-6-halogenopurine, characterized by causing an acylating agent to act on a 2-amino-6-halogenopurine in the presence of a base.
La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet de produire facilement et efficacement une 2,6-dihalogénopurine à partir d'une matière première peu coûteuse. Le procédé de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'on fait agir un agent de diazotation et une source halogène sur une 2-amino-6-halogénopurine comprenant un groupe protecteur en position 7 ou 9. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de production d'une 9-acyl-2-amino-6-halogénopurine, caractérisé en ce que l'on fait agir un agent d'acylation sur une 2-amino-6-halogénopurine en présence d'une base.
