Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to a process and apparatus for producing a batch of resin containing asphalt in which, while asphalt and additives are combined, a predetermined amount of particulate resin is added to a batch of the asphalt com- ponents at ambient temperature. The invention produces batches of improved asphalt more efficiently than prior art methods and plants.
