The invention relates to a method for making an acoustic treatment coating particularly applied at a leading edge, such as the air intake of an aircraft nacelle, said acoustic treatment coating including a reflective layer, a cellular structure (30) and an acoustically-resistive structure. The invention comprises the following steps: digitising the shape that the cellular structure (30) will assume once it is applied on the surface to be treated; virtually positioning, in order to define their geometries, two series of strips (38, 40) in order to define a duct between two adjacent strips (38) of the first series on the one hand, and two adjacent strips (40) of the second series on the other hand; cutting each of the strips (38, 40) according to their previously defined geometries; forming in each of the strips (38, 40) cut-outs for assembling said strips (38, 40); assembling said strips (38, 40) in order to obtain a cellular structure having shapes conforming to the surface to be treated.
L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de réalisation d'un revêtement pour le traitement acoustique rapporté notamment au niveau d'un bord d'attaque tel qu'une entrée d'air d'une nacelle d'aéronef, ledit revêtement pour le traitement acoustique comportant une couche réf lectrice, une structure alvéolaire (30) et une couche acoustiquement résistive, ou il consiste à: numériser la forme de la structure alvéolaire (30) qu'elle aura lorsqu'elle sera mise en place au niveau de la surface à traiter; positionner de manière virtuelle afin d'en définir leurs géométries, deux séries de bandes (38, 40) de manière à délimiter un conduit entre d'une part deux bandes (38) adjacentes d'une première.série et d'autre part deux deuxièmes bandes (40) adjacentes d'une seconde série; découper chaque bande (38, 40) selon leurs géométries définies précédemment; réaliser dans chaque bandes (38, 40) des découpes pour permettre l'assemblage desdites bandes (38, 40); assembler les bandes (38, 40) de manière à obtenir une structure alvéolaire ayant des formes adaptées à la surface à traiter.
