The present invention relates to a process for producing a component from a steel product coated with a protective Al--Si coating, and an intermediate product that arises during the course of such a process and that can be used to produce components of the type concerned here. During the course of the process, the steel product coated with the Al-Si coating, undergoes a first heating stage in which the temperature and the duration of the heat treatment are set such that the Al-Si coating is only partially pre-alloyed with Fe from the steel product, the steel product, in a second heating stage, is heated to a heating temperature, above the Ac1 temperature, at which the steel product has an at least partially austenitic structure, wherein the temperature and the duration of the second heating stage are set such that the Al-Si coating is fully alloyed with Fe from the steel product during the course of the second heating stage, the steel product heated to the heating temperature is shaped to form the component and the component obtained is cooled in a controlled manner, in order to obtain a martensitic structure.
L'invention concerne : un procédé de fabrication d'un élément constitué d'un produit en acier revêtu d'un revêtement protecteur en Al-Si ; et un produit intermédiaire qui est produit au cours d'un tel procédé et qui peut être utilisé pour la fabrication d'éléments du type en question. Au cours du procédé : le produit en acier revêtu du revêtement en Al-Si est soumis à une première étape d'échauffement au cours de laquelle la température et la durée du traitement thermique sont réglées de telle sorte que le revêtement en Al-Si n'est que partiellement allié avec le fer du produit en acier ; le produit en acier est, lors d'une deuxième étape d'échauffement, échauffé à une température d'échauffement supérieure à la température Ac1, à laquelle le produit en acier présente une structure au moins partiellement austénitique, sachant que la température et la durée de la deuxième étape d'échauffement sont réglées de telle sorte que le revêtement en Al-Si est, au cours de la deuxième étape d'échauffement, totalement allié avec le fer du produit en acier ; le produit en acier échauffé à la température d'échauffement est mis en forme pour former l'élément ; et l'élément obtenu est refroidi de manière contrôlée, pour produire une structure de trempe.
