PROCEDE DE FABRICATION D'UNE FEUILLE D'UN MATERIAU COMPOSITE COMPRENANT UNE PLAQUE DE POLYMETHACRYLATE DE METHYLE COULEE REUNIE A UNE COUCHE SUPPORT THERMOPLASTIQUE ET PRODUITS OBTENUS Au nom de Société dite TECHNOPLAST (Société Anonyme) ABREGE DESCRIPTIF L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite comprenant une plaque de polyméthacrylate de méthyle coulée réunie à une couche support d'une matière thermoplastique telle qu'ABS. Conformément à l'invention, on obtient l'adhésion des deux matériaux en appliquant par calandrage la plaque de polyméthacrylate de méthyle (7, 8, 9) sur la feuille de matière thermoplastique formée en continu (6) dès sa sortie de l'extrudeuse (1) lorsque la matière thermoplastique est encore fluide, tandis que la plaque de polyméthacrylate de méthyle est à température ambiante. L'invention s'applique notamment à la préparation d'un matériau composite pouvant être utilisé pour le moulage de divers objets et notamment de baignoires. Figure 1.
