A multilayer plasterboard is formed continuously by depositing at least: one layer on a conveyor and by applying the next layer prepressing the previously spread layer to form a compact layer which is not affected by subsequent spreading thereon. The thus smoothed surface of that layer is then roughened before application of the next layer and after the final layer is applied, with or without a precompaction, the mat is finish pressed to form the plasterboard.

Cette invention concerne la fabrication en continu de plaque de plâtre multicouches par dépôt d'au moins une couche sur un convoyeur, application d'une autre couche sous pression pour donner une couche serrée qui ne sera pas affectée par l'application d'une couche subséquente. La surface lisse obtenue est alors texturée avant l'application de la couche suivante et, une fois la dernière couche appliquée, avec ou sans précompression, le produit est soumis à une compression de finition pour donner la plaque de plâtre recherchée.
