The present invention relates to a plant (10) and a process for producing a polymer dispersion based on polychloroprene, comprising the steps carrying out a polymerization of chloroprene to polychloroprene in an emulsion up to a maximum solids content w solid in proportions by weight of w solid <= 50%, in particular w solid <= 40%, preferably w solid <= 35% and particularly preferably w solid <= 30% in a polychloroprene dispersion present after the polymerization and removal of chloroprene from the polychloroprene dispersion in a multistage and/or multitray stripper column (36) to a chloroprene content W CR,out in proportions by weight of w CR,out <= 50 ppm, in particular w CR,out <= 30 ppm, preferably w CR,out <= 15 ppm and particularly preferably w CR,out <= ppm in a purified polychloroprene dispersion present after the removal of chloroprene. This plant (10) and this process enable the proportion of monomeric chloroprene in polychloroprene dispersions to be decreased without a significant reduction in the operating times of the plant components used having to be accepted.
La présente invention porte sur une installation (10) et sur un procédé de fabrication d'une dispersion de polymère à base de polychloroprène, comportant les étapes de mise en uvre d'une polymérisation de chloroprène en polychloroprène en émulsion, jusqu'à une teneur maximale en extrait sec wsolid correspondant à des proportions pondérales wsolid = 50 %, en particulier wsolid = 40 %, de préférence wsolid = 35 % et d'une manière particulièrement préférée wsolid = 30 % dans une dispersion de polychloroprène présente après la polymérisation, et séparation du chloroprène d'avec la dispersion de polychloroprène dans une colonne de strippage à plusieurs étages et/ou plusieurs plateaux (36), jusqu'à une proportion de chloroprène wCR,out correspondant à des proportions pondérales wCR,out = 50 ppm, en particulier wCR,out = 30 ppm, de préférence wCR,out = 15 ppm et d'une manière particulièrement préférée wCR,out = 10 ppm dans une dispersion de polychloroprène purifiée présente après la séparation du chloroprène. A l'aide de cette installation (10) et de ce procédé, il est possible d'abaisser la proportion du chloroprène monomère dans les dispersions de polychloroprène, sans qu'il faille se résigner à une réduction significative des temps de marche des parties d'installation utilisées.
