The invention is related to a method for the production of a throttle valve connection piece housing (1) and a throttle valve (2) as moulded injection parts. The throttle valve connection piece housing is provided with a throughflow opening (5) which can be sealed by the throttle valve (2). Along a pivoting axis extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (4) of the throughflow opening (5), said throttle valve (2) is provided with a continuous shaft hole (3) into which a throttle valve shaft (16) can be inserted in a rotationally fixed manner, the two ends of said shaft protruding from the shaft hole (3) in such a way that they protrude into coaxial bearing holes (6) in the throttle valve connector piece housing (1) which are coaxial to the shaft hole (3). When the throttle valve (2) is in a closed position, the radial peripheral edge thereof rests on the inner wall (14) of the throughflow opening (5). The throttle valve connector piece housing (1) is produced together with the closed-position throttle valve (2) as a single injection moulded piece in an injection mould. The radial peripheral edge (13) of throttle valve (2) is joined to the inner wall (14) of the throughflow opening (5) and, after solidification of the de-moulded injection moulded part, the throttle valve (3) is separated along the radial peripheral edge (13) thereof from the inner wall (14) of the throughflow opening (5) by cutting.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un boîtier tubulaire de clapet d'étranglement (1) et d'un clapet d'étranglement (2) en tant que pièces moulées par injection. Ledit boîtier tubulaire de clapet d'étranglement présente une ouverture d'écoulement (5) pouvant être fermée par le clapet d'étranglement (2). Le long d'un axe de pivotement s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (4) de l'ouverture d'écoulement (5), le clapet d'étranglement (2) comporte un alésage d'arbre traversant (3) pouvant recevoir un arbre de clapet d'étranglement (16) de manière bloquée en rotation, faisant saillie avec ses extrémités s'étendant bilatéralement hors de l'alésage d'arbre (3), dans des alésages de palier (6) coaxiaux à l'alésage d'arbre, situés sur le boîtier tubulaire de clapet d'étranglement (1). En position fermée, le clapet d'étranglement (2) s'appuie contre la paroi intérieure (14) de l'ouverture d'écoulement (5) avec son bord périphérique radial. Le boîtier tubulaire de clapet d'étranglement (1) est fabriqué en tant qu'une seule pièce moulée par injection dans un moule correspondant, avec le clapet d'étranglement (2) se trouvant en position fermée. Le clapet d'étranglement (2) est relié sur son bord périphérique radial (13) à la paroi intérieure (14) de l'ouverture d'écoulement (5), et après solidification de la pièce moulée par injection démoulée, le clapet d'étranglement (2) est séparé de la paroi intérieure (14) de l'ouverture d'écoulement (5) par une coupe le long de son bord périphérique (13).
