The invention relates to a process for producing a titanium and ceramic adhesive composite system, and a titanium and ceramic adhesive system produced therefrom. Said system can be used to improve the adhesion of ceramics, intended for pure titanium or titanium alloys, to a structure consisting of pure titanium or a titanium alloy. Said improvement is attained in that silicon ions (4) are inserted into the surface (1) of a structure consisting of pure titanium or a titanium alloy by ion implantation with ion beams (3) between the atoms (5) of the titanium or the atoms (5) of the titanium alloy. Said silicon ions form a titanium and silicon layer (2) in the surface (1) of the structure in the penetration layer of the ion implantation, on which titanium and silicon layer crystalline, non-metallic inorganic materials are applied, and an adhesive composite is produced with said materials.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un système composite adhésif titane-céramique et un système composite adhésif titane-céramique obtenu à l'aide dudit procédé. L'invention vise à ce que ce système permette que la force d'adhérence de céramiques déterminées pour le titane pur ou des alliages de titane soit améliorée sur un corps en titane pur ou en alliage de titane. A cet effet, des ions de silicium (4) sont introduits dans la surface (1) d'un corps en titane pur ou en alliage de titane par implantation d'ions avec des faisceaux ioniques entre les atomes (5) de titane ou les atomes (5) de l'alliage de titane. Ces ions de silicium produisent une couche titane-silicium (2) dans la surface (1) du corps, dans la couche de pénétration de l'implantation d'ions, couche titane-silicium (2) sur laquelle des matériaux cristallins, non métalliques-inorganiques sont appliqués selon un procédé thermique, un matériau composite adhésif étant formé avec lesdits matériaux.
