There is provided a process for producing an acetylene compound useful as an intermediate of pharmaceuticals, from 4-nitrofluorobenzene, in industrially and economically advantageous manner. Concretely, it is a method for producing an acetylene compound of formula (3) (see formula 3) characterized by reacting 4-nitrofluorobenzene of formula (1) (see formula 1) with an alkoxide of 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol of formula (2) (see formula 2) at -20 to 10°C.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production, industriel et économique, d'un composé acétylénique utile en tant qu'intermédiaire de médicaments produit à partir de 4-nitrofluorobenzène, et notamment un procédé de production du composé acétylénique (3) qui consiste à faire réagir du 4-nitrofluorobenzène (1) avec un alcoxyde de 2-méthyl-3-butyn-2-ol (2), dans des conditions de températures comprises entre 20 et 10 ·C.
