The invention relates to a process for producing a cold-rolled steel sheet or strip which is easily shaped, and especially stretch formed, for making pressings with a high buckling resistance from a steel of the composition (in mass %): 0.01-0.08 % C, 0.10-0.80 % Mn, 0.60 % max. Si, 0.015-0.08 % Al, 0.005 % max. N, 0.01-0.04 % Ti and/or Nb, 0.15 % max. Cu and/or V and/or Ni, the remainder being essentially iron, comprising preheating the cast slab to a temperature above 1050 °C, hot-rolling with a final temperature from over Ar3 to 950 °C, reeling the hot-rolled strip in the range from 550 to 750 °C, cold-rolling with a total degree of deformation from 40 to 85 %, recrystallising annealing of the cold strip at a temperature of at least 720 °C in a continuous furnace, cooling at 5 to 70 K/s and then dressing.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire une tôle ou un feuillard d'acier laminé à froid, présentant une bonne aptitude au formage, notamment à l'étirage, pour produire des pièces moulées par compression, très résistantes au voilement, en acier de la composition suivante (en % en masse): entre 0,01 et 0,08 % de C,, entre 0,10 et 0,80 % de Mn, au max. 0,60 % de Si, entre 0,015 et 0,08 % d'Al, au max. 0,005 % de N, entre 0,01 et 0,04 % de Ti et/ou de Nb, au max. 0,15 % de Cu et/ou de V et/ou de Ni, le reste étant essentiellement du fer. Ce procédé comprend le préchauffage de la brame coulée pour la porter à une température supérieure à 1050 C, le laminage à chaud avec une température finale comprise entre une valeur supérieure à Ar3 et 950 C, déroulement du feuillard laminé à chaud à des températures comprises entre 550 et 750 C, laminage à froid avec un degré global de déformation compris entre 40 et 85 %, recuit recristallisant du feuillard froid à une température d'au moins 720 C dans un four continu, refroidissement à entre 5 et 70 K/s et enfin dressage.
