A process is disclosed for growing and/or multiplying lymphocytes in a cell culture medium which contains a lymphocyte growth factor, as well as aurintricarboxylic acid, cyclosporin and/or ascomycin. This process is particularly suitable to produce tumoricide killer T-cells.

Ce procédé sert à cultiver et/ou à multiplier des lymphocytes dans un milieu de culture cellulaire qui contient un facteur de croissance des lymphocytes, ainsi que de l'acide tricarboxylique d'aurine, de la cyclosporine et/ou de l'ascomycine. Ce procédé convient particulièrement à la production de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques tumoricides.
