A steel pipe is provided, which comprises, by mass, 0.009% or less C, 1.0% or less Mn, 1.0% or less Si, 0.04% or less P, 0.005% or less S, 0.01 to 0.2% Ti, 0.01 to 0.10% V, 0.001 to 0.1% Al, 0.1% or less N, 4.0 to 8.0% Ni, 9.0 to 15.0% Cr, 1.5 to 7.0% Mo and the balance Fe and impurities. The provided steel pipe is bending worked into a bend pipe. The bend pipe is quenched at a temperature of below 950°C. The quenched bent pipe is tempered. Accordingly, the obtained bend pipe has excellent resistance to SSC.
L'invention propose un tube en acier qui comporte, en masse, au plus 0,009 % de C, au plus 1,0 % de Mn, au plus 1,0 % de Si, au plus 0,04 % de P, au plus 0,005 % S, 0,01 à 0,2 % de Ti, 0,01 à 0,10 % de V, 0,001 à 0,1 % de Al, au plus 0,1 % de N, 4,0 à 8,0 % de Ni, 9,0 à 15,0 % de Cr, 1,5 à 7,0 % de Mo, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés. Le tube en acier proposé est travaillé par incurvation sous forme d'un tube coudé. Le tube coudé est trempé à une température en dessous de 950°C. Le tube coudé trempé est revenu. Par conséquent, le tube coudé obtenu a une excellente résistance à SSC.
