It is intended to provide a process for producing bleached pulp in which unbleached pulp obtained by cooking a lignocellulose material is subjected to alkali/oxygen bleaching, treated with peroxomonosulfuric acid, and further a multi-stage chlorine-free bleaching treatment starting from a chlorine dioxide bleaching treatment is carried out; a process for producing bleached pulp in which the unbleached pulp is subjected to alkali/oxygen bleaching, and then subjected to a chlorine-free bleaching treatment or a totally chlorine-free bleaching treatment to bleach the pulp so as to have a whiteness of 70 to 89%, then the pulp is treated with peroxomonosulfuric acid; and paper produced at a papermaking pH of 6 or below using the bleached pulp obtained by such a production process. A process for efficiently producing bleached pulp in which the brown color is improved in the chlorine-free bleaching and the bleaching cost is reduced and paper produced in an acidic papermaking condition using the bleached pulp are provided.

L'invention concerne un procédé servant à produire de la pâte à papier blanchie comportant les étapes consistant à soumettre de la pâte à papier écrue obtenue en cuisant une matière lignocellulosique à un blanchiment avec un alcali/de l'oxygène, à traiter la pâte à papier avec de l'acide peroxomonosulfurique et à effectuer un traitement de blanchiment supplémentaire sans chlore en plusieurs étapes commençant par un traitement de blanchiment au dioxyde de chlore. L'invention concerne également un procédé servant à produire de la pâte à papier blanchie comportant les étapes consistant à soumettre de la pâte à papier écrue à un blanchiment avec un alcali/de l'oxygène et à soumettre ensuite cette pâte à papier à un traitement de blanchiment sans chlore ou à un traitement de blanchiment totalement sans chlore pour blanchir la pâte à papier de façon à obtenir une blancheur de 70 à 89 %, et à traiter ensuite la pâte à papier avec de l'acide peroxomonosulfurique ; et à produire un papier présentant un pH de fabrication du papier inférieur ou égal à 6 en utilisant la pâte à papier blanchie obtenue par un tel procédé de production. L'invention concerne également un procédé servant à produire de façon efficace de la pâte à papier blanchie caractérisé en ce qu'on améliore la couleur brune lors du blanchiment sans chlore et en ce qu'on réduit le coût du blanchiment et en ce que le papier est produit dans des conditions de fabrication du papier acides utilisant la pâte à papier blanchie.
