ABSTRACT Disclosed is a process for producing titanium- containing cold rolled steel sheets and strips which can stand very severe press-forming, which process comprising hot rolling, coiling at a temperature not lower than 700°C, cold rolling and continuous annealing at a temperature, from 700 to 900°C, for 20 seconds to 2 minutes.
