A B S T R A C T The present invention relates to a process for producing a diarylamine antioxidant in globular form comprising, adding a diarylamine antioxident in molten state to an aqueous solution of a surface-active agent, stirring the solution and solidifying the antioxident by cooling. The globular product of the process of the invention possesses excellent flowability and is resistant to crumbling.
