ABSTRACT The invention relates to a process for producing composite materials, particularly double floor plates from binders and fibres (feedstock) hard- ening by hydration with mixing water, in which a) all the feedstock is mixed, the water-binder ratio being w ?1.5 wo, b) the thus produced fresh material is homogeneously spread in the form of a fleece, c) the fleece is compressed to a bulk density of min. 0.9 Qo and d) there is a subsequent complete hardening phase under pressure. The invention also relates to the composite materials produced with the process.
