In a process for producing corrosion-resistant structural steel, an initial material is produced by admixture of alloy elements and is then subjected to a treatment having the following steps: (a) heating up to a reheating temperature from 1000 ~C to 1080 ~C; (b) cooling down to about 850 ~C at least partially during rolling; (c) slow and/or delayed cooling down to room temperature. According to the product analysis, the initial material has the following composition: 0.05 to 0.20 % by mass carbon, 1.5 to 2.00 % by mass copper, 1.50 to 1.80 % by mass manganese, 0.30 to 0.50 % by mass silicon, 0.04 to 0.06 % by mass niobium, 0.035 to 0.05 % by mass vanadium, 0.30 to 0.50 % by mass molybdenum, 0.04 to 0.06 % by mass aluminium, 0.015 to 0.02 % by mass nitrogen, 0.03 % by mass phosphorus, 0.02 % by mass sulphur, the residue being iron and accompanying elements.

Selon un procédé de production d'acier de construction résistant à la corrosion, on produit d'abord par mélange d'éléments d'alliage un matériau initial dont l'analyse réalisée sur le produit révèle la composition suivante: 0,05 à 0,20 % en masse de carbone, 1,50 à 2,00 % en masse de cuivre, 1,50 à 1,80 % en masse de manganèse, 0,30 à 0,50 % en masse de silicium, 0,04 à 0,06 % en masse de niobium, 0,035 à 0,05 % en masse de vanadium, 0,30 à 0,50 % en masse de molybdène, 0,04 à 0,06 % en masse d'aluminium, 0,015 à 0,02 % en masse d'azote, 0,03 % en masse de phosphore, 0,02 % en masse de soufre, le pourcentage restant étant constitué de fer et d'éléments d'accompagnement. Le matériau initial est ensuite soumis à un traitement qui comprend les étapes suivantes: (a) chauffage jusqu'à une température de réchauffement comprise entre 1000 ~C et 1080 ~C; (b) refroidissement jusqu'à 850 ~C environ, au moins en partie pendant un laminage; (c) un refroidissement lent et/ou retardé jusqu'à la température ambiante.
