TITLE: PROCESS FOR MAKING INSTANT PASTA PRODUCTS ABSTRACT This invention relates to a process for producing pasta products which can be prepared for consumption by moisten- ing them with hot, especially boiling water and shortly allowing them to stand (instant pasta products) by pre- cooking alimentary paste shaped bodies in an aqueous medium, quenching and rinsing shaped paste articles cooked to a ready-to-eat state with cold water and subsequently drying said bodies.
