A process for the production of the two or more molecules of interest. The present process may be advantageously used to produce two, three, four or more molecules of interest (the same or different from one another) on a single support material. A preferred embodiment comprises use of the present process to produce two or more oligonucleotides of interest. The process can be readily extended to other applications such as combinatorial chemistry, peptide synthesis and the like. Various novel intermediates in the process are also disclosed.

L'invention concerne une méthode de production de deux ou plusieurs molécules d'intérêt. Cette méthode peut être utilisée avantageusement pour produire deux, trois, quatre ou plusieurs molécules d'intérêt (identiques ou différentes les unes des autres) sur un seul matériel de support. Une forme de réalisation préférée consiste à utiliser la méthode de l'invention pour produire deux ou plusieurs oligonucléotides d'intérêt. La méthode de l'invention peut être facilement adaptée pour d'autres applications, telles que la chimie combinatoire, la synthèse peptidique ou analogue. L'invention concerne en outre divers nouveaux intermédiaires obtenus par la méthode de l'invention.
