A process of reacting a nitroaniline compound of formula (2); (see formula II) with acid anhydride or acid chloride is carried out in the presence of an alkali metal compound or an alkaline earth metal compound to produce acylnitroaniline derivative. The process further includes the step of reacting the resulting product with a compound of formula (5); R2-Y ~~(5) to produce an N-acylnitroaniline derivative of formula (1); (see formula 1)

Méthode permettant de faire réagir un composé de N-acylnitroaniline de formule (2) ;(voir formule II) est réalisée avec de l'anhydride d'acide ou du chlorure d'acide en présence d'un composé de métal alcalin ou un composé de métal alcalino-terreux pour produire un dérivé d'acylnitroaniline. La méthode comprend en outre l'étape qui consiste à faire réagir le produit résultant avec un composé de formule (5); R2-Y~~ (5) pour produire un dérivé de N- acylnitroaniline de la formule (1); (voir formule 1).
