Abstract of the Disclosure In production of packaged fish or meat paste products, a seasoning process using a liquid containing water-soluble 5'-ribonucleotide is added between cooking process and packaging process. The products thus obtained have an eminently favorable taste due to taste-improving 5'-ribonucleotide, and can be stored with said 5'-ribonucleotide kept in a stable condition.
