A process for producing a peptide having a desired biological activity via gene recombination characterized in that an accessory peptide is added to the target peptide followed by the expression thereof. Use of this process makes it possible to prevent agglutination in the recovery and purification steps with the regulation of isoelectric points, to achieve an elevated yield in ion exchange chromatography, to improve the solubility of a fused protein in an enzymatic reaction wherein the target peptide is expressed as the fused protein with another protein and then liberated by enzymatic cleavage, to improve the solubility of the target peptide in an enzymatic reaction wherein the peptide should be enzymatically modified, etc., thus elevating the purification efficiency and yield of the target protein.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un peptide ayant une activité biologique souhaitée via la recombinaison génétique caractérisé en ce qu'un peptide accessoire est ajouté au peptide cible suivi par son expression. Ce procédé permet d'éviter l'agglutination lors des étapes de rétablissement et de purification accompagnées de la régulation de points isoélectriques afin d'atteindre un rendement élevé dans la chromatographie d'échange d'ions afin d'améliorer la solubilité d'une protéine fusionnée dans une réaction enzymatique dans laquelle le peptide cible est exprimé comme protéine fusionnée avec une autre protéine puis libéré par clivage enzymatique pour améliorer la solubilité du peptide cible dans une réaction enzymatique dans laquelle le peptide devrait être modifié de manière enzymatique, etc., ce qui aurait pour effet d'augmenter l'efficacité et le rendement de purification de la protéine cible.
